Complaints Procedure Summary |
Complaints should be received via email or post. See "Contact Us" tab above.
A confirmation of receipt of complaint is sent out within 24 hours.
The complaint is investigated within 1 week.
A final response letter is sent out within 2 weeks stating the nature of the complaint and the results of our investigation, whether we were found to be at fault and how we intend to settle the complaint.
We explain to the complaintent their right to refer the dispute to the Financial Omdudsman Service within 6 months and enclose the Financial Omdundsman Service leaflet.
